Cheese Milk Pasteuriser, used to produce Cheddar, Gouda and a range of hard cheese. It was initially installed in 1999, and later upgraded and rebuilt in 2006 with new APV N35 Plate Heat Exchanger, to increase the process flow from 23,000 lph to 26,800 lph, so the client could fill there cheese plants in less than one hour. Pumps were all replaced in 2003. The machine is dismantled, and in a container ready for shipment.
